What is it like to work at Remax?

The RE/MAX portal is filled with useless stuff, or the stuff you have to pay to use. The leads forwarded by REMAX network is mostly garbage. Have I mentioned there is a lot of fees. Commission split is not that competitive either. Some departments here are wonderful.
